Seller Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT: All sellers must agree to these terms and conditions. My selling on D & A Culinary Corner, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree, you may not become a vendor and sell on D & A Culinary Corner.  

A few notes of housekeeping. The terms “Vendor” and “Seller” may be used interchangeably. Both are referring to an individual, company, or other entity that is selling products on D & A Culinary Corner (dandaculinarycorner.com). 

From here on out, D & A Culinary Corner may be referred to as “the site”, “this site”, “the marketplace”, or a variation of these terms. 

2. Who May Become A Seller On D & A Culinary Corner?

Any individual or business who wishes to sell culinary knives, cutting boards, and sharpeners. This includes sole proprietors, LLCs, and corporations. 

2. What May Be Sold On D & A Culinary Corner

You may sell culinary knives, cutting boards, and sharpeners. Anything else is prohibited unless you have received written permission. 

3. How Do Seller Fees Work? 

D & A Culinary Corner charges a 9.8% commission fee on the total price of every transaction. This includes shipping and taxes. There are not any other seller fees involved. Commission fees will be disbursed on the 15th of every month or as close as possible if the 15th lands on a holiday or weekend. 

4. Sellers Are Solely Responsible For Handling All Customer Complaints And Returns Related To Their Products

Sellers are solely responsible and legally liable for any and all complaints and returns of their products. This includes any and all costs involved. D & A Culinary Corner is simply acts to bring customers and sellers together and cannot be held liable for any complaints, injuries, deaths, etc. associated with the products sold on this site. Nor is D & A Culinary Corner responsible for any costs. By selling on this site and agreeing to these terms, the Seller takes sole responsibility in every aspect for their product and its potential consequences. 

5. D & A Culinary Corner Reserves The Following Rights

D & A Culinary Corner reserves the right to monitor all products and remove any that do not meet this site’s requirements found in part (6) of this document. Furthermore, D & A Culinary Corner reserves the right to suspend or terminate any accounts without notice it finds to be suspicious, dealing fraudulently on the site, or any other reason D & A Culinary Corner deems fit. 

6. Posting Requirements

Sellers’ product postings must abide by the following requirements. 

  1. All postings must be in the English language
  2. At least 3 images must be provided for each posting
  3. Each product posting must accurately describe the product the customer will receive and not be misleading in any way
  4. A description and specifications must be provided for each product listing.
  5.  Foul and obscene language is strictly prohibited at all times
  6. Must provide a minimum of a 14-day window for returns and specify whether this is at the cost of the buyer or the seller
  7. Each product must specify the return policy and directions on how to make returns

7. Seller Conduct 

At all times, sellers must abide by the following rules: 

  1. Be courteous, respectful, and kind at all times
  2. Provide excellent customer service regarding their products
  3. Work the D & A Culinary Corner team to ensure a seamless experience for customers
  4. Abide by all guidelines set forth in this document

9. Legal Action 

Sellers understand that they are using D & A Culinary Corner at their own risk. While D & A Culinary Corner will do everything it can to ensure there is no fraudulent activity on the site, we cannot guarantee it. It is up to you to also use only safe practices when interacting with customers. This includes staying on the D & A Culinary Corner payment platform. By selling on this site, you agree to not take legal action against D & A Culinary Corner.

10. Seller Account Termination

You may terminate your seller account at any time without penalty, either online or by sending us an email at contact@dandaculinarycorner.com. If you choose to terminate your seller account in the middle of a cycle, your commissions will be disbursed at the end of the selling cycle and your account closed at that point. 

Please note that you are not allowed to sell on this site unless you agree to all of these “Seller Terms and Conditions”. By selling on this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the guidelines set forth.
